Our Campground is all about Disconnect-Unwind-Get Outside and Explore. We are a family owned and operated RV park. Our sites have water and 30 amp electric hook-ups. There is a dumping station on site, shower facility, restrooms, pump out service is available at your campsite for an additional fee. We have bundles of firewood which can be delivered to your campsite. NY State DEC prohibits bringing firewood into the area from more than 50 miles away.
The RV park is a digital detox zone so get outside and explore!! Free WiFi is available at the cafe.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations will only be made by calling our office at 518-582-8999, we do not accept online or email reservations. Changes to previously confirmed reservations will only be made by calling our office.
Before calling in your reservation, we ask that you read and agree to the following terms and fee schedule which is due at time reservation is made:
RV sites with water and 30 amp electric are $55 +tax non-refundable deposit via credit card.
Tent sites $20 +tax non-refundable deposit via credit card.

Holiday weekend reservations require a three-night minimum on cabin, RV sites and tent sites. Cabins require a two-night minimum. RV and tent sites are a 1 night minimum.
If guest is only reserving a one-night RV site stay the full amount is due upon reservation and is non-refundable.
We will do our best to assign you to your requested site at the time of your reservation however we cannot guarantee a certain site.
Check in time is after 1:00 pm for RV sites, tent sites and cabins. We do not allow guests to check in after 9pm and everyone in your group must arrive before 9:00 pm the first day of your reservation or wait until the following day. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Check out is 11:00 am.
Maximum of 1 RV per site with 2 adults and up to 3 children under the age of 18 are included in the daily rate. Please call us at 518-582-8999 to inquire about cost of additional guests. Each site is permitted 1 tent OR 1 screen room not to exceed 12x12.
Maximum of 1 tent per tent site with 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 18 per site.

Once checked in no refund will be made for early departure or inclement weather.
